Erick Barrios Hernández & Wolfgang Warzilek are a New York based creative team. Erick was born in the middle of a civil war. Bullets didn’t stop his parents from being horny. Meanwhile in the middle of the Alps, Wolfi was learning how to ski before taking his first steps.
Their story began in 2015 at antoni Berlin where they worked on global campaigns for Mercedes-Benz.
From 2018 to 2022, they went from senior creatives to Executive Creative Directors at BBDO Berlin. There, they oversaw campaigns for WhatsApp, Ford Mustang and smart.
Over the years, they’ve been fortunate to:
a) lead talented teams
b) learn from kind mentors
c) collaborate with inspiring individuals
They also helped BBDO Berlin become the most awarded agency in Germany in 2022. Their work has been recognized at D&AD, Cannes, Clios, AICP, One Show, ADC and the Webby Awards.
In the autumn of 2022, they moved to BBDO New York to work as SVP, Creative Directors on the Meta Quest account. Enough of writing in third person plural. We’re currently working as global ECDs at Serviceplan Americas and are always happy to chat over a drink.
